Located in Europe delivery and installation of the system and teach in at your place is included.
We have several interfaces to CAD-milling-systems and customer databases.
If you like to save your medilogic measuremts in your own network, we are happy to arrange you wishes with the installation.

As satisfaction of our customers is one thing that is of big importance for us, we try to give our best to support you in all your questions and problems.

There are no additional costs to the call rate for the medilogic support. Our engieers and developers give support in using the system and your questions about handling and more.
Remote maintenance
For questions of high complexity, we give support directly via remote maintenance on your computer.
Guarantee
Additional to the legal period of warranty of two years given by the manufacturer for defects caused on nonconforming materials or nonconforming converting, we give a one year additional EU vendor guarantee (exept horse saddle measurement).
Guarantee maintenance
We offer the calibration and check of your foot pressure measurement system after the first year for free.
Also included is the update of the medilogic software.
Service contract
To keep your system up to date, we offer a cost-efficient contract for maintenance and repair after the 2nd year of delivery ( including calibration & calibration certificate according DIN EN ISO 13485, working hour in case of repair and software update).
